About clint

Clint is married to his wife Annetta since 1999 and they have one son Wade who is 20, works in the medical field and is currently studying pre-med at Rockford University as a junior.

Clint enjoys teaching in our local schools as a substitute teacher. Clint has taught in the Rockford School District engaging students in many grade levels including special education and early childhood. 

Clint is employed by RPS 205 as a Program Supervisor. He administers general education transportation programing as well as oversees a $59 million Specialized Transportation contract and is the liaison between the District and the chosen vendor. Clint previously worked as a bus driver and taught various grade levels within the RPS 205 District.

Clint served twenty years from 2001 - 2021 as First Ward Alderman representing your concerns while taking care of our City. Clint won his election bid for First Ward Alderman April of 2023 and will serve another four year term which ends in May  2027. 

Clint served three years as District Chair of Wanchanagi District managing the Boy Scouts in Boone and Winnebago counties. Clint served BSA as a Member of the Executive Board for Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. Clint also served locally as committee Chairman for Troop 32 and Scout Master for Cub Scouts.

Clint served almost a decade as a Board of Trustee for the museum. Serving two years as Vice-President and three as their Treasurer.

Alderman Clint Little joined with Alderman John Pruitt and a citizen board to develop student produced art to beautify Loves Park. This program involves students from three local districts and numerous private schools to showcase their work along our streetscapes.

As Alderman for 24 years and community activist Clint has worked to empower our citizens and give them a voice. He continues to support our local organizations with his time and financial support. As Alderman he wrote grants for and donated new signage for neighborhoods in his district.
